Here is a great template to use to get people to submit class notes via Wavelength:

Subject: [Org Name] Class Notes for Magazine

Body:

Hi {nickname}!

One of the most popular sections of the [Org Name] magazine is class notes. It is the first place many readers go when their magazine arrives to hear about their classmates and the community.

Deadline: [INSERT DEADLINE]

To submit a class note:

• Follow the link and enter a new password.
• Click "Submit a Class Note" on the left sidebar.
• Add your note.
• Upload a photo (optional).
• Press submit.
