Phone Number Request Template

One way to improve your data is to request members to improve it. When you improve your data via the Data Health Evaluator, you get taken to a Mail Merge email. Learn more about improving your data. Each row has a different template that you can customize. 

When you select the "Request Update" template on the Phone Number row you will see this template:

Subject: Action Required: Update your contact info for [Org Name]

Body:

Hi {nickname}!

[Org Name] is updating its member records. We don't have your phone number on file. To help ensure that you receive all relevant communications from us, please add one.

To update your phone number, please:

• Follow the link and enter a new password.
• Check out your data and add your phone number!
