Career Request Update Template

One way to improve your data is to request members to improve it. When you improve your data via the Data Health Evaluator, you get taken to a Mail Merge email. Learn more about improving your data. Each row has a different template that you can customize. 

When you select the "Request Update" template on the Career row you will see this template:

Subject: Action Required: Update your contact info for [Org Name]

Body:

Hi {nickname}!

[Org Name] is updating its member records. We don't have your current career information on file.

By adding a career you will:

• Connect with mentors, mentees, and professionals across your field from [Org Name]
• Stay in the loop about news and events in your field in the [Org Name] community.
• Receive job posts from your industry.

To update your career, please:

• Follow the link and enter a new password.
• Check out your data and add your career!
