Location Request Template

One way to improve your data is to request members to improve it. When you improve your data via the Data Health Evaluator, you get taken to a Mail Merge email. Learn more about improving your data. Each row has a different template that you can customize. 

When you select the "Request Update" template on the Location row you will see this template:

Subject: Action Required: Update your contact info for [Org Name]

Body:

Hi {nickname}!

[Org Name] is updating its member records. We don't have your address on file.

By adding an address you will:

• Connect with members from [Org Name] in your area.
• Stay in the loop with our mailings.

To update your address, please:

• Follow the link and enter a new password.
• Check out your data and add your address!
