Your homepage has a card labeled "Improve Engagement." Here you can track how you are engaging your members. There are three categories.
- Emails
- Sign Ins
- User Updates
Emails
You can see how your emails are performing. Conversion Rate is your open rate. Only emails that have more than 10 people are included.
You can also view your email analytics by clicking "View Email Analytics"
Sign Ins
You can see how many people are signing in. The conversion rate is the number of people that have signed in, over the total number of people who have an email on file. People that are missing emails will not be included in the conversion rate because they never received an invite to Wavelength.
You can view those members that have signed in and those members that have not signed in.
To increase your sign in rate, resend the invite by clicking "Resend Invite." This will take you to a Mail Merge email with recipients who have not signed in. The preset template is similar to the onboarding templates. You can customize this template.
User Updates
You can see who has updated their information. The conversion rate is the number of people that have logged in and updated their information over the number of people that have signed in. You can see who has updated their info and who hasn't updated their info.
To increase your sign in rate and update rate, ask people to confirm their data on file. Click "Confirm Data." This will take you to another Mail Merge email. All members with email addresses on file are included as recipients. You can customize the Confirm Data template.
Activity
Check out your Activity Tab to see your Activity Feed, Recent Users, Weekly Usage, and activity details by constituent.
